Greatest dynamic resilience in combination with excellent damping behavior make polyurethane elastomers a superior material for spring elements.

High springing comfort and high torques for power transmissions can even be achieved with small sizes. Our elastomer springs are therefore readily used in tool- and machine construction for the stamping industry, as well as elements in cutting-, embossing- and molding technology.

Wear- and abrasion resistance combined with high damping behavior are decisive for the use in many items of plant equipment, and in comparison to conventional steel springs guarantee considerably longer service lives.

Material

Vulkollan^® D15, 90 +-5 Shore A, in red (standard) or natural. Other materials and hardnesses possible on request.
