At QUADRIGA, a company of the SPÄH Group, great emphasis is put on the spirit of partnership. The needs and requirements of our customers are thereby the main focus of our work. We distinguish ourselves already in the consulting phase through application-technical service and develop solutions in the form of suitable materials and products in close cooperation with our customers.

Our material sample folder with technical data is a useful assistant for all designers and purchasers.

Our precise casting molds originate from our own tool- and mold construction department and are the basis for our precision.

Responsibility for great performances

Machines and systems in which seals and multifunctional construction parts are installed must function perfectly, so as not to endanger people and the environment. For this reason we and our customers place the greatest quality demands on all our sealing-, elastomer- and plastic products.

Quality and the zero-error principle have top priority.

A consistent quality management from the incoming goods inspection, initial sampling, static production process monitoring through to the final inspection and employee qualification is a matter of course at QUADRIGA. Thereby all German and international customer-specific standards are fulfilled.

With the help of the latest optical measuring technology we are not only able to measure your article using CAD-files, but also create drawings from samples. Our own CAQ-System gains permanent access to quality-relevant data up to the prescribed product quality. Continuous traceability is thus guaranteed.
