Hardness ranges

Standard hardnesses are 70 (72), 80 (82) and 90 +-5 Shore A. Individual hardness settings (e.g. 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 and 95 +-5 Shore A) are possible on request.

Formats / Custom formats

Our standard formats are 2 x 1m, however in addition the following are also possible:

• Custom formats up to 7m in length and max. 4 x 2 m surface area (max. unit weight 130 kg),
• Custom thicknesses such as e.g. 3.5; 7.0 or 13 mm, columns up to max. 1380 mm
• Plates with steel-, expanded metal- or perforated sheet insert (insert at least 3 mm thick, total thickness of the plate at least 10 mm, total size of the plate max. 2 x 1 m, total weight of the plate max. 80 kg)

Colors

Standard color for Vulkollan^® is basically "natural", for polyurethane D44 "brown". Coloring in black, white, red, blue, yellow and green is possible as custom production (other color shades, e.g. according to RAL register after consultation).

Our standard dimensions range from 5 to 150 mm in diameter, standard lengths are 1m, other diameters and short lengths are possible on request.
